These terms govern the use of Jassas Net platform and its services for receiving, organizing, and following up on inspection, verification, and field review requests. They clarify user responsibilities, service provider responsibilities, and the platform liability limits.
1. Platform Definition
Jassas Net is an organizational electronic platform that helps receive, arrange, manage, and follow up on inspection and verification requests before purchase or contracting. It is not a direct party to sale, purchase, or money transfer transactions between parties.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Using the website or submitting any request means full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
Jassas Net may amend these terms or policies at any time according to operational or regulatory needs.
Continued use of the platform after updates means acceptance of the updated version.
3. Nature of Service
The service is organizational and supportive before making a purchase or contracting decision.
The service is not a guarantee of item quality, advertisement accuracy, or completeness of information.
The final purchase decision remains solely the customer responsibility.
Any reports, notes, or photos are not certified engineering, legal, or technical reports unless agreed in writing and issued by a competent authority.
4. Jassas Net Role as an Organizational Platform
Jassas Net acts as an organizational intermediary to facilitate receiving, arranging, forwarding, and following up on requests.
Jassas Net is not a seller, buyer, owner, or possessor of the item, property, equipment, or device related to the request.
Jassas Net is not responsible for the intentions of the seller, buyer, or service provider beyond the information provided to the platform.
5. User Responsibility
The user must enter accurate, clear, and up-to-date information.
The user is responsible for the accuracy of links, photos, descriptions, locations, and contact details provided.
The user must not request a service that violates laws, privacy, or rights of others.
Submitting fake, fraudulent, or misleading requests, or using the platform for unlawful activity, is prohibited.
6. Joining and Dealing with the Establishment
Individuals, establishments, and companies may request to join Jassas Net network.
Submitting a joining request does not mean final acceptance.
Jassas Net may accept, reject, or suspend any request without stating reasons.
Any individual, establishment, or company dealing with Jassas Net must ensure all official documents and licenses are valid, accurate, and not expired.
The data provider or service provider bears full legal responsibility for the accuracy and updating of submitted documents.
7. Service Provider Terms
The service provider must act professionally, clearly, honestly, and neutrally.
The service provider must report what was seen or verified without exaggeration or concealment.
The service provider must not make promises or guarantees on behalf of Jassas Net unless officially authorized.
The service provider must not exploit customer data, contact the customer outside the request scope, or agree outside the platform without Jassas Net approval.
8. Inspection and Review Limits
Inspection depends on visual review and information available at execution time.
Inspection does not include laboratory, engineering, legal, or specialized technical testing unless expressly agreed.
Some defects may not appear due to concealment, surrounding circumstances, limited time, or lack of specialized testing tools.
Jassas Net does not guarantee discovering all defects, risks, or violations, especially hidden or future defects.
9. No Dealing Outside the Platform
The customer or service provider must not bypass the platform or conclude a side agreement related to the same request without Jassas Net knowledge.
Any dealing, payment, or agreement outside the platform is the sole responsibility of its parties.
Jassas Net may suspend or ban any account proven to have bypassed the platform or attempted to pull customers or service providers outside official channels.
10. Payment, Fees, and Refunds
Any fees will be clarified before execution and may include VAT when applicable.
Prices may vary according to city, request type, distance, urgency, and service provider availability.
No paid service starts until the customer approves it.
Fees may not be refundable after execution begins, after the service provider travels, or after a substantial part of the task is completed.
11. Cancellation, Delay, and Lack of Cooperation
The customer may request cancellation before execution begins, and the request will be handled according to task status and incurred costs.
Jassas Net is not responsible for delays caused by lack of response from the customer or other party, traffic conditions, or emergencies.
If access to the location or contact with the relevant party is not possible, the request may be considered postponed or cancelled depending on the situation.
Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer may delay execution or cancel the request without liability on Jassas Net.
12. Photography and Field Content
Some services may require photographing the item, location, documents, or visible condition for verification and follow-up.
Photography must be limited to the request scope and must not violate privacy, property, or applicable laws.
Jassas Net may use photos and notes internally for documentation, dispute resolution, and quality improvement.
Publishing or sharing request photos or data outside official channels or on social media without express permission is prohibited.
13. Prohibited Acts
Fraud, impersonation, or document forgery is prohibited.
Leaking customer or service provider data is prohibited.
Publishing request content without permission is prohibited.
Using the platform for fraud, blackmail, defamation, spying, privacy violations, or unauthorized information gathering is prohibited.
14. Complaints and Disputes
Any complaint related to a request must be submitted within a reasonable period after service execution, with the request number and available details.
Jassas Net reviews complaints based on available data, records, and correspondence.
Jassas Net may take the appropriate decision, including clarification, follow-up, apology, partial compensation, or rejecting the complaint if not proven.
Jassas Net is not responsible for undocumented, late, or off-platform claims.
15. Compensation and Financial Liability Limits
In all cases, Jassas Net liability is limited to the fees paid for the disputed service only, unless the establishment decides otherwise in writing.
Jassas Net is not responsible for indirect losses such as missed opportunities, failed deals, lost profits, or damages resulting from customer decision.
Jassas Net is not responsible for money transfers or amounts paid between the customer, seller, or any third party outside the platform.
16. Intellectual Property and Identity
All names, logos, designs, and content of Jassas Net are owned by or licensed to the establishment.
Copying, republishing, modifying, or commercially exploiting the platform content or using it for competition is prohibited without written approval.
Using Jassas Net name or implying official representation outside approved channels is prohibited.
17. Communications and Notifications
The user agrees to receive request-related messages via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or phone calls.
Messages sent to the contact details provided by the user are deemed valid unless proven otherwise.
The user is responsible for updating their contact details.
18. Force Majeure
Jassas Net is not responsible for any delay or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond its control.
Such circumstances include technical failures, internet outages, weather conditions, accidents, denied site access, or lack of cooperation by parties.
19. Service Modification or Suspension
Jassas Net may modify, develop, or suspend any service or feature according to operational or regulatory needs.
Service modification does not give the user any right to demand continuation of a specific feature or previous form of service.
20. Governing Laws and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute shall be handled by the competent authorities within the Kingdom.
21. Final Acknowledgment
Using the platform means reading, understanding, and accepting all terms.
Violating the terms may lead to suspension, ban, or appropriate legal action.
