Purpose and Legal Basis
We process your data to provide real estate brokerage and property management services, including: executing sale/rent contracts, Ejar documentation, identity verification (via Nafath), compliance with real estate regulations, improving user experience, and handling inquiries.
Data Sharing
We may share your data with: (a) Parties to a real estate transaction (owner, broker, buyer) as necessary to complete the deal. (b) Government entities such as Real Estate General Authority, Ejar, and Ministry of Justice when legally required. (c) Service providers under strict confidentiality agreements. We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing.
